From Prague   to the Jungle

I sold my global retail and advertising company in Prague, moved to Costa Rica, and built Art Villas — one of the world’s most distinctive jungle resorts. What began as a leap into the unknown became a blueprint for how architecture, design, and nature can coexist.

I’ve lived the shift from chasing profit in the concrete jungle to building with purpose in nature. Burned out by the rat race, I chose discipline, creativity, and freedom instead. Today my work is driven by passion and clarity — proof that change is inevitable, but it’s up to each of us to decide what we’re changing into.
